1. What We Look for in Our Applicants
For the master's program of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, the University of Tokyo, we look for applicants who have sufficient essential academic proficiency in the proposed and relevant fields, language and communication skills, and the potential for achievements in transdisciplinary research in the future.
2. How We Make Admission Decisions
Based on the requirements mentioned in "1. What We Look for in Our Applicants," we select candidates through written and oral examinations by comprehensively evaluating:
- The basic knowledge of the proposed and relative academic fields
- Ability to think and explain logically
- English communication proficiency
- Ability to proactively find subjects and solve issues
- Motivation for studying various fields
