Prof. Yutaka Terao, Assistant Professor in the Department of Advanced Energy, received the Work Award from the Japan Society of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics (JASEM) on November 18, 2024.

The award was given to him for his contribution to the enlightenment of the field related to the JASEM through his book, Beginner no tame no Chodendo [Beginners' guide to superconductivity]: Kindai Kagaku Sha Co. Ltd.
