Those who will be studying in a masters or doctoral course of GSFS within a standard study period. |

Those who are 35 years old or younger as of April 2022. |

Those who posses a "college student" visa. |

Those who need a scholarship due to their sever financial situation, and are not expected to receive other scholarships/financial support as well as to earn a large amount of income. |

If they have a spouse, the annual income of them must be less than 5,000,000 yen. |

Those who are of high moral as well as high achievers. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N1 level, being able to express their ideas well in Japanese.) |

Those who will contribute to international understanding and friendship |

Those who can attend events (4 times/year including a over-night trip), and meeting held by the foundation. |

Those who can attend the interview (planned on February 16). |
