Scholarship for GSFS International Students

Application Deadline Deadline: December 23 (Thu), 2021 by 16:00
Eligibility
(1) International students from Asian countries other than Japan and China.
(2) Those who will be studying in a masters or doctoral course of GSFS within a standard study period.
(3) Those who are 35 years old or younger as of April 2022.
(4) Those who posses a "college student" visa.
(5) Those who need a scholarship due to their sever financial situation, and are not expected to receive other scholarships/financial support as well as to earn a large amount of income.
(6) If they have a spouse, the annual income of them must be less than 5,000,000 yen.
(7) Those who are of high moral as well as high achievers.
(8) Those who are able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N1 level, being able to express their ideas well in Japanese.)
(9) Those who will contribute to international understanding and friendship
(10) Those who can attend events (4 times/year including a over-night trip), and meeting held by the foundation.
(11) Those who can attend the interview (planned on February 16).

(1) Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
(2) Transcript of your current course (or your previous course if you have not obtained any credits.)
(3) Copy of your residence card
(4) Copy of your student ID card

Before submitting your application, be sure to read Steps to apply.
An applicant who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other documents stated in the guideline since scholarships with the University recommendation can not be declined.
