Those who will not receive other JEES scholarships, or any other financial aid from other organizations which exceeds 600,000 yen/year. (except loan-type scholarship and tuition fee exemption) |

Those who have clear purpose and plan to study abroad, and would be able to achieve them. |

Those who need financial support. |

Those who are in good health, of good conduct and have good academic performance. |

Japanese Language skill required. |
