International students who will be enrolled in GSFS as a masters course student with a "college student" visa status, as of April 2022. Nationals from African counties will be given precedence. |

Those who have at least one year to complete their degree course within its standard study period.. |

Those who study Social Sciences including economics and law, Humanities, Science or Engineering. |

Those who are willing to contribute to development for Japan and their own country. |

Those who have clear purpose and plan to study abroad, and would be able to achieve them. |

Those who need financial supports. |

Those who will not receive other JEES scholarships, or any other financial aid from other organizations which exceeds 600,000 yen/year (except loan-type scholarship and tuition fee exemption). |
