The lecture will introduce the in-running power supply system as a solution to the problem of electric mobility with low battery capacity and short operating time, and will discuss the technologies required for the in-running power supply system and its future prospects.

Eighteen years ago, when I came to Kashiwa to pursue advanced life science, I aimed to understand life in molecular terms using killifish as a model. Later, I went to the rice paddies to collect wild killifish, tried to keep killifish on the International Space Station, tried to clarify the effects of weak radiation exposure after 3.11, and ate ultrasonically cleaned salted mackerel, and found that living things are designed to live healthily and that the ecosystem itself is a hierarchical, dynamic I learned that it is a complex system and living creatures are its parts.

Electrostatic film actuators, which consist of film-shaped electrodes, can achieve unique structures and movements not found in conventional motors. In recent years, these actuators have been increasingly used in outdoor advertising and other applications. This presentation will introduce the characteristics of actuators created by utilizing electrostatic force and the potential for future applications.
